Blue tits are very recognisable, with their bright blue cap and wings, black and white face, and yellow breast. They are regular bird feeder visitors.

Diet: Insects (caterpillars), spiders, fruit, seeds

Origin: Native

UK conservation status: Green

IUCN conservation status: Least Concern
